Paneer Tika Masala Ingredients

1) Paneer, cut into cubes
2) Curd, preferably thick
3) Ginger-garlic paste
4) Lemon juice
5) Red chili powder
6) Turmeric powder
7) Garam masala
8) Coriander powder
9) Cumin powder
10) Chaat masala
11) Salt, to taste
12) Oil, for grilling or frying
13) Onion, cut into chunks
14) Capsicum, cut into chunks
15) Tomato, cut into chunks

Paneer Tika Masala

Step 1 -In a Vassel add mustard oil, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garm masala, ginger garlic paste, curd, paneer and mix everything well and keep it aside.

STEP 2– Prepare a gravy by adding oil in hot Kadai or Deep pot , add dry red chilies add tomatoes, ginger , garlic and saute on medium flame.
add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder saute in medium flam for 4-5 minutes.
add salt , add water and mix it well , cover the lid and cook in medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
add cashewnet and boil it .
once cooldown Transfer into grinder Jar and make a paste.

Step 3 -In a non-stick pan add ghee once its hot and add marinated paneer cubes prepared in Step 1 and rost it .
Cook form all sides and keep it aside.

Step 4 -In a fry pan add ghee, butter once its hot, add onion and saute well.
Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste saute well. Add chopped tomato, add
Capsicum Chunks and saute it well for 5 minutes.
Add paneer tika which was prepared in Step 3 and also add gravey which was prepared in Step 2.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

Paneer tika is ready !!
